There are many occasions when we experience symptoms of our body being out of balance. Perhaps you have a headache or muscle cramps. Lots of people would self-medicate with an over-the-counter (OTC) drug like Tylenol or Motrin. But those symptoms are also the same ones a person might experience from being dehydrated! But lets say the person drank a couple glasses of water to treat their headache or muscle cramps. That does not make water an OTC drug!
That is the way I think of using CBD Oil. Sometimes our bodies might be sending us signals that our body is not making enough cannabinoid naturally. Perhaps by taking a dietary supplement like CBD Oil, we can achieve better balance and our symptoms go away! That also does not make CBD Oil an OTC drug!

The Endocannabinoid system modulates physiological processes like inflammation, memory or pain. Examples of Endocannabinoid (the chemicals produced by our own bodies) are anandamide (AEA) and 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG). Hemp contains among other cannabinoids, the plant based cannabinoid Cannabidiol or CBD Oil.
